The History and Magic behind the Art.

Vincent Bernardy was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. It’s the home of Garrison Keillors Prairie Home Companion. Growing up in the extremely cold Midwest, I learned from a young age that sometimes you can go outside and play in the snow and sometimes you simply can’t. This gave me much time to learn and perfect my art as I grew up. I was born a creative child: painting, drawing, and musically inclined sense I could remember. Some of my music has been played on the radio and in some indie films. I have opened for bands such as GREEN DAY and THE SUBURBS, and worked with popular musicians such as Andy Bernardy and Bob Stinson of the REPLACEMENTS. However, one of my cherished moments in music was working with Brown Mark from PRINCE & the REVOLUTION.

Bands that I’ve played in: The Us, The Urban Guerillas, Frances Gumm, and Silent Scream.

I Graduated from Minneapolis Collage of Art & Design and have had my work in galleries in the Midwest. I’ve recently moved to the beautiful San Luis Obispo, California. My work was featured in the SLO Film Festival & the actor James Cromwell is now the proud owner of “ANCIENT SHIP” one in a series of fifty geclee’s featured in the Film Festival.

My goal with my art & photography work is to invoke feelings in people that will cause them to be more creative & positive. Also to live more healthier lives filed with wonderment and awe.

My work draws from earth’s organic colors, sounds, and textures.

Thank You; Many Blessings
